The State of Oregon Department of Justice – Crime Victim and Survivor Services Division (CVSSD) has contracted with the Oregon Coalition to provide training and technical assistance for outstationed advocates in DHS Child Welfare offices, county health department offices, and other healthcare settings specifically to provide advocacy and support services to pregnant and parenting women who are victims of intimate partner violence (IPV).
