As some of you know and have already participated, OCADSV is currently involved in a series of listening sessions concerning prevention statewide. We have engaged in this process to assess our violence prevention work and how it fits into all that is happening statewide.
We are conducting this work in partnership with Darin of RootingMovements.org and have had the opportunity to hold both virtual and in person sessions so far. We have also sent out a survey, which folks have until May 24th to complete. In addition, we are seeking individual interviews with folks as well.
Darin has opened up 30 minute interview spots to learn about individuals experiences and perspectives on violence prevention. All information shared during this time will be anonymized unless otherwise requested. If you are available and willing to participate, please schedule a time at this link. After you sign up, you’ll receive a calendar invitation with a link to a Zoom meeting.
Questions will be sent at least 48 hours before the meeting time. If your availability doesn’t line up with the time slots listed, let Darin@rootingmovements.org know to see if additional slots can open up.
