The Oregon Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence convenes a resource sharing group for faith leaders and faith-involved advocates. This conversation aims to break isolation, foster connections, and support faith-based leaders and advocates in doing meaningful work to respond to survivors, as well as to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence within our communities across Oregon.
This is:
- An opportunity for folks to meet via email, introduce ourselves, and share about our experiences striving to address domestic and sexual violence in a religious/spiritual context
- A chance to pose questions to and get support from fellow faith leaders
- A chance to share resource suggestions, training opportunities, and other guidance
- An opportunity to identify what ongoing supports could make your work more effective, and a conversation about how to collaborate on making this happen
