Child care is available for ages 5-12 only.

A previous version of this page listed an incorrect age range for child care eligibility. We are working to accommodate parents who have already signed up, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience.

Meals

OCADSV will provide all conference attendees with:

  • Monday 5/13 and Tuesday 5/14: breakfast and lunch, and
  • Wednesday 5/15: breakfast only.

All other meals are on your own.

Sunriver Resort offers several on-site dining options, and the nearby Village at Sunriver has a number of restaurants for you to choose from. Please consider using this time to network with your fellow advocates from across the state!

Accompanying children

Parent/guardian-attendees who bring their children (ages 5 through 12) to conference-provided meals will be charged $15 for each conference-provided meal ($75 per child for the entire conference).

Children under 5 years of age will not be charged for conference-provided meals.

Child meal charges are waived for children of scholarship attendees who are enrolled in the child care program.

Accompanying adults (ages 13+)

Adults and children ages 13+ accompanying a registered attendee at conference-provided meals will be charged $30 for each conference-provided meal ($150 for the entire conference).

Lodging

Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their lodging accommodations.

All registrants, including those attending on a Member Program scholarship still need to book and pay up front for their lodging accommodations. Reimbursement checks will be mailed to your program shortly after the conference.

At Sunriver Resort

A limited number of standard single- and double-occupancy guestrooms at Sunriver Resort are available for a discounted rate.

To make a room reservation, call Sunriver Resort directly at 800-547-3922 and tell the reservations agent that you’ll be attending the OCADSV conference.

Other lodging options

In previous years, our guestroom reservation block has filled up rapidly. If you are unable to secure a guestroom, here are some other options:

Transportation

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying up-front for transportation to and from Sunriver Resort.

Member program registrants attending on scholarship do not need to submit documentation of mileage incurred to receive mileage reimbursement; OCADSV pre-calculates the roundtrip mileage between each Member Program and the conference venue.

Child care

The Oregon Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence strives to make our conference a family-friendly event. Sunriver Resort provides professional child care services to conference attendees, and the Oregon Coalition partially subsidizes child care costs for Coalition member program attendees.
