Training

The Oregon Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence organizes a statewide Annual Conference, organizes and hosts training events, provides referrals to local trainers, and provides specific training to Coalition member programs and community partners on an as-needed, as available basis.

Annual Conference

The Coalition produces a three-day conference that is held every summer. This conference allows advocates throughout the state to learn, network and develop new tools to take back to their workplace. It is a prime tool that management can take advantage of for staff development.

Regional and topic-specific training events

We organize and host regional and topic-specific training events throughout the year. Subscribe to our mailing list to learn about our upcoming trainings!

Coalition member programs have priority registration access, but other individuals and groups may be invited to attend on a space-available basis.

Local program trainings

In addition to our regional and topic-specific trainings, we provide specific workshops to our member programs on an as-needed, as-available basis. If we cannot cover the specific topics you need, we are also able to provide referrals to other trainers in the area.
