Caroline has worked and volunteered in the field of domestic and sexual violence for 5 years. Her focus has been on work in domestic violence shelters both locally in Portland and abroad in Guatemala; crisis line advocacy; advocating for survivors in the criminal justices system; primary prevention and healthy relationships; and reproductive health and sexual education. Caroline completed her Masters of Social Work from Portland State University in 2013 and is a certified trainer for the Our Whole Lives Sex Education curriculum. She brings her passion for survivor centered advocacy, systems change, and anti-oppression work to the coalition as the Development Coordinator. Caroline is also an experienced rock-climbing instructor with over 5 years sharing her passion for the sport with others.
 

Offering Technical Assistance (TA) and training in: 

  • Advocacy to survivors involved in the criminal justice system
  • Advocacy to survivors from Latin@ communities
